This message is to briefly update the PCQ Church community on where things are at regarding the PresCare matters that are currently on the Commercial List of the Supreme Court of Qld.
We can advise you that the mediation between the parties was held on 5 October 2023 and no settlement was reached at that mediation.
Given confidentiality restrictions we are not in a position to provide any detail pertaining to the mediation.
The matter will now proceed to trial which is scheduled to commence on 6 November 2023.
