The events we’ve experienced this year, and the knock-on effects we will experience for years to come, remind us how this is a broken a world full of sickness, death, grief. 

This leaves us with a sense that something is wrong and we long for something more. Jesus, the light and life of the world, the man who is God, came to dwell with people in the world offering a path to fullness and satisfaction; an answer to our uncertainty. In his “I Am” statements we find hope not just for dark times, but for eternity.
