You are invited to a congregation meeting to be held immediately after the 9am and the 6pm services on the 24 November 2024. At that meeting, members will be asked to vote on
- Appointment of representatives to the Committee of Management
- Approval of Counsellors for the Board
- Approving the 2025 Budget
There are 8 positions on the Committee of Management. The COM is tasked with managing Living Church finances, facilities and property. 6 of the current members of COM are nominating to be re-elected.
Any member can be nominated for the positions on the Committee of Management if they agree to the nomination of another person. Please advise the Session Clerk (John Wallace) by 5pm Wednesday 20 November at johnwallace@livingchurch.org.au of any nominated person along with an acceptance of the nomination by that person.
The Board is also presenting Zoe Jones as an additional counsellor for approval and recommending Lorraine Eastwell and Sandra Hinrichsen be reapproved.
