2 Thessalonians 3:1
“Finally, dear brothers and sisters, we ask you to pray for us. Pray that the Lord’s message will spread rapidly and be honored wherever it goes, just as when it came to you.”
We have had many prayer requests from our mission partners in recent weeks, so let’s commit some of those requests to prayer this week, and more of them at the end of this month.
This week we are highlighting prayer requests from Anne-Maree Hamilton, who serves as a Scripture Union Chaplain at Mayfield State School and Mansfield State School.

From Anne-Maree:
- I am so grateful for the growing numbers of volunteers who are choosing to support chaplaincy events across both schools. It is encouraging to see parent and staff engagement increasing over time. Please pray that people already supporting the chaplaincy service will be able to build connections with new people who are wanting to be involved.
- I am currently involved with running a grief support program called Season for Growth at Mansfield. This is a program designed to support young people who have experienced significant change and loss. Please pray that it will have an impact on the lives of young people and their families as they navigate life after loss.
- At Mayfield we have the Chappy Disco coming up in October which has become a highlight on the school calendar. Pray that it is a positive experience for families and builds strong community connections.
