This year our point of emphasis as a church is ‘Getting better at telling people about Jesus’. We’ve been learning about merging universes, and going to people’s things and we’ve started to think about layers of conversation. This is the basic idea that conversations work on different layers. There is an interests layer, a values layer and a worldview layer. We remember these layers by thinking about coffee, dinner, and gospel conversations. In order for all of us to get better at working our way through these conversations, we are going to focus on ‘Layers of Conversation’ at our upcoming Ministry Equipping and Training sessions. So get along on either tonight (March 21st) 7:30pm – 9pm or Saturday Morning (March 23rd) 8am – 9:30am to be equipped to have better conversations about Jesus.
