Please join us for our annual ‘Together in Hymn’ congregational choir night. Over an hour and half, we teach a well-loved hymn in three-part harmony, interspersed with Bible teaching on the theology of the song. At the end of the evening we will sing the hymn together in harmony.
‘Harmony’ is such a great word, isn’t it? Because it describes what the best Christian gatherings are: different people, different gifts, but united in harmony together in the gospel – with one Lord together in one Spirit.
It doesn’t matter how good a singer you are. We will teach you what you need to know and together become a choir.
Everyone is welcome to participate as we fulfil God’s instructions in Colossians 3:16, to, “Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God.”
