As we gather today in worship and around the table of God’s Word, let us rejoice that we are so blessed to be part of the Kingdom of God, the everlasting dominion that will not pass away.  

The kingdoms of this world may rise and disappear, but we can be confident in the Kingdom of our Forever King, Jesus. Let us keep this hope in our hearts today as we sing our praises to Him, bring our prayers as offerings before Him, and rededicate our lives to trust in Him.  

As we hear of all the nations and peoples worshiping the Son of Man, let us ponder on this chorus from the worship song Ancient of Days:

None above Him, none before Him 
All of time in His hands 
For His throne it shall remain and ever stand 
All the power, all the glory 
I will trust in His name 
For my God is the Ancient of Days

Kindle anew the trust and hope in your heart for our God as you stand alongside God’s people in His Kingdom today.
